By downloading, installing, or using Qwik POS (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA").
1. License Grant
Logiqo grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute the Software on retail point-of-sale computers owned or controlled by your business in accordance with your issued license quota.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the binary components, except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. While engineered for maximum offline durability, the user assumes responsibility for local hardware maintenance (thermal printers, barcode scanners) and routine data backups.
